Harsh truths can be difficult to hear and accept but the sooner you do accept them, the sooner you can release the idea of how you want it to be and accept it as it is.
Accepting that perfectionism, people pleasing and material wealth will never give you inner peace and sustainable happiness. Its amazing to have goals and to look towards the future but don't assume that you have to acheive them in order to have peace.
You are the only human you will live 100 percent of your life with and accepting that no one cares how difficult your life has been will be something to radically accept.
