As we approach the beginning of 2023 I want to make sure you have  tools you need to set goals and understand why you are setting them in the first place.  

  • What is the reason behing your goals?
  • What systems will you use to prevent falling back into bad habits?
  • Which goals are REALLY a priority and not just a "want"?

These are just a few questions you need to be clear on when establishing your new year.  Time only exists right now but having a plan for the year will alleviate the uncertainty that comes when you only have a desire for your goals.   Let's start 2023 with microgoals and create sustainable good habits.
