We all beleive that what we think in feel is the "right" way to do something. This is only true to US. A lot of the times, what we believe isn't even what we really believe. We are told early on what to believe most of the time and then later in life these beleif structures aren't even really ours in the first place.
When you get clear on if the belief is yours then you can start to establish healthy boundaries. Let's chat about it.
